The National Core Indicators-Aging and Disabilities (NCI-AD™) is an initiative designed to support states in assessing the performance of their publicly-funded long-term services and supports programs and delivery systems in order to improve services for older adults and people with physical disabilities. Data are collected through in-person NCI-AD Adult Consumer Surveys conducted with individuals receiving services, or their proxy if needed. At the end of every annual NCI-AD survey cycle, data from participating states are analyzed and compiled into a comprehensive national report.
The recently released 2016-17 NCI-AD National Report, posted on https://nciad.org, contains detailed results from 12 states. Please join NASUAD and HSRI as we review changes in methodology, discuss the report’s contents, and highlight selected findings. There will be time for Q&A at the end of the webinar.
