NASMHPD: New Toolkit "Responding to a High-Profile Tragic Incident"

In light of the Arizona tragedy, the National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors (NASMPHD) released a statement urging public education and early detection of mental health disorders.  NASMPH recently developed a toolkit for state mental health commissioners concerning high-profile tragedies involving individuals with a history of mental illness.
