Joint Inaugural Meeting of Advisory Committees on Disasters, Older Adults, and People with Disabilities

Event Description: 
Join the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response for the inaugural meeting of the National Advisory Committee on Seniors and Disasters (NACSD) and National Advisory Committee on Individuals with Disabilities and Disasters (NACIDD). During this joint meeting, members will be sworn into service and begin a national discussion with federal subject matter experts on challenges, opportunities, and priorities related to meeting the unique health needs impacting older adult populations and people with disabilities during and after disasters and emergencies.
