OVC Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 Building State Technology Capacity and Elder Abuse Hotlines

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) is seeking applications for OVC Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 Building State Technology Capacity and Elder Abuse Hotlines. This program furthers the Department’s mission by awarding funds to Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Formula Assistance and Compensation Program state administering agencies to enhance states’ use of technology for the purpose of providing improved service to crime victims. 

Eligible applicants are limited to state administering agencies (SAAs) that administer Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Formula Assistance and Compensation Program Grants, authorized by 34 U.S.C. §§ 20102 and 20103(a) and (b). Other organizations are also eligible to apply for funding when such an application is in partnership with the SAA for the applicant’s state.
