Change Management Presentation

The I&R Support Center is facilitating mentor-protégé partnerships.  If you are interested in serving as a mentor or would like to be connected to a mentor, please contact Sara Tribe at stribe@nasuad.org or 202-898-2578.  This is a great opportunity for information exchange for both the mentors and the protégés.  For the protégés, they have a wonderful opportunity to gain the rich experiences from a seasoned professional who can share their stories with advancing in their careers.  Such wisdom could provide valuable information about working with challenging managers and recommendations for considering subsequent job opportunities.  For the mentors, you’ll gain the satisfaction of helping others who are embarking on their professional journey or who have only several years of experience, but who are interested in successfully navigating the professional maze.  In either role, this is your opportunity to expand your network beyond your colleagues at the local and state level!
